DRL is currently designing and building several oil refineries as Project Management and Engineering. Our designs are based on proprietary technology from HOTO for hydrotreating and reforming. We also have an alliance with VEPICA engineering who have a long history in refining with PDVSA, and provide competitive engineering design support to DRL for medium 100-150 kbd oil refineries and small 5 to 10 kbd modular units
